We (early 30’s) had 3 “musts” for our wedding: an inclusive venue where our loved ones can stay on premise, a beautiful Vermont backdrop, and that nobody would leave hungry. The Wilburton hit all 3 of these and more! Housing: we had ~100 friends and family stay in the houses on the venue campus and in the historic mansion. Everyone was comfortable in the houses and the mansion and it was so much fun to walk around the campus knowing anyone we bumped into was a guest of the wedding. The bridal suite was also perfect in terms of spacing and set-up for getting ready and allowing us to be comfortable for the entire weekend. Having most people "on-campus" in addition to hosting the welcome bonfire, wedding ceremony + reception, and send-off breakfast at the same place made it even more special and simplified the logistics of the weekend for us and our guests. Natural Vermont Beauty: the views were INCREDIBLE. If you want the backdrop of your ceremony to be peak Vermont foliage, the back lawn is perfect! All our guests raved about the setting. Additionally, the Wilburton is tastefully decorated. The Mansion is a classic brick mansion with marble patios that ooze elegance without overshadowing nature. The owners (family run) also collect art that symbolizes love. These quirky statues are seen throughout the venue and just add charm to the event that keeps everyone intrigued in their surroundings without overshadowing the event itself. Our guests also loved exploring Manchester and we got so many compliments on the local hikes, stores, activities and even the beauty of their travels to the town. Nobody leaves hungry: the Wilburton is hands down the best wedding food we’ve ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection and the portions were generous (the passed apps during cocktail hour were great, too). The son in the family operates his own local farm supplying many of the ingredients, and you can tell how important the freshness of ingredients was in the flavors and quality of the meals. We’ve never seen so many people complement vegetables! Additionally, the entire Wilburton staff (set-up, servers, bartenders, etc.) led by Meesha is incredible. Meesha helped us stay organized and provided lots of resources that helped us choose vendors (all great) and make decisions that felt informed and stress free. She was also indispensable the weekend of the wedding, keeping us and our families on track, calm, excited and she thought of everything, including things we didn't even know to think about!

We had our wedding here and honestly, I can’t imagine a better place. The views of the mountains are unreal (our ceremony on the lawn looked like something out of a movie), and having the whole property for the weekend made it feel like a big, relaxed celebration with all of our favorite people. Our guests loved that they could stay on-site in the mansion and cottages — just walking across the property to each event. It made the whole weekend feel so connected and fun. We had some of the party stay in nearby hotels at the Kimpton and Hampton Inn which was also very easy with a shuttle bus. I have to give a huge shoutout to Meesha, our coordinator. She was absolutely incredible. She kept everyone calm, on track, and made the whole planning process actually enjoyable. She’s creative, solution-focused, and always had the best ideas to bring our vision to life. On the wedding day, she somehow managed to keep everything seamless behind the scenes while making us feel relaxed and fully present. Truly, truly could not have done it without her, and in no world, would our wedding have been as personal and as special as it was without Meesha to help us. The Wilburton's food was delicious and being able to bring in an ice cream cart (Wilcox Ice Cream) was such a hit, people are still raving about it. What I’ll always remember most is how personal and warm the whole experience was. The Wilburton team didn’t just help us pull off a wedding — they helped us create a weekend that felt like us. If you’re considering it: do it. It’s beautiful, it’s welcoming, and with Meesha and the Wilburton team behind you (Melissa and Tajlei too), the whole process feels effortless. And you really feel that it's a family-run business which makes it even more special and personal.

You can't beat a wedding at the wilburton inn! we had our wedding here in sept 2025. the weather was stunning 65 and sunny, with some leaves poking out as the weather changed. the staff was a highlight as everyone was so nice. Meesha the coordinator is the most responsive person i have ever worked with, she is amazing and loves her job. Day of the wedding she handled everything and it was so nice! Everyone at our wedding raved about the food and cocktails. Our guests also really enjoyed the pool and lawn games. also the friday night bonfire was so cool and a perfect way to kick off wedding weekend! planning the wedding was super easy as they have a list of suggested vendors so we just contacted those people and meesha answered all our other questions. plus you get to go to the inn around april/march for a day of eating and planning together before the event, which was so special. something unique about this venue, beyond the charming decor, is the fact that everyone can stay on the property. you cant put a price on that! it was priceless to have the inn for the weekend to ourselves and not worry about who would be driving with drinking/ordering shuttles to hotels. only thing i would improve is some of the amenities in the room like some water or updated steamers/irons. there is also only one handicap accessible room so if you have older grandparents keep that in mind for housing. but it is part of the charm that the inn is older. we cant wait to come back another weekend to celebrate an anniversary!!

We absolutely loved our wedding weekend at the Wilburton Inn as well as the team there. The attentiveness and expertise that they brought to our wedding and all of the planning leading up to it was so helpful. They listened to our requests, helped with so much, and had such a great team onsite. Meesha is wonderful and a large part of why we chose the Wilburton! Having our guests onsite was such a great added benefit and really made for a special weekend. Would absolutely recommend the team at the Wilburton Inn for your wedding!!

The Wilburton is the perfect wedding venue. It truly doesn’t get better than this. Location & Setting You get the amenities of Manchester at your fingertips while feeling like you're in your own secluded kingdom, surrounded by breathtaking 360-degree views of the Green Mountains. This place is a hidden gem. The Mansion – A Dream Venue The historic Art Deco mansion is stunning. Normally, a property this grand would be a museum, roped off with security. But here, they make it clear: this place is yours for the weekend. You feel at home—but in the coolest home imaginable. Your guests can freely explore, adding to an unforgettable experience. Seamless Layout & Guest Comfort The layout is flawless. From the bridal suite, I watched the ceremony setup unfold and saw guests trickling in. Everything is steps away—the farthest guest room is under a two-minute walk to the ceremony. From there, it's a short, scenic stroll to the terrace and tent for the reception, all set against gorgeous marble architecture. One overlooked wedding detail? Bathrooms. The mansion has elegant restrooms nearby, and with guests staying on-site, they could use their rooms—so no bathroom lines! Need to grab a jacket, touch up makeup, or charge your phone? You can do so without missing a thing. If you have a dog, it's easy to check on them—or even bring them back to the dance floor (our guests did!). Incredible Food Choosing a caterer can be nerve-wracking, but the Wilburton’s food is exceptional. If you tried every caterer in the country, this would still be #1. Fresh, local, and plentiful—they do not skimp. The hardest part was picking appetizers and entrées because we loved them all! Their wedding tasting event is genius. It’s set up like a real wedding—cocktail hour with appetizers, a seated dinner with entrée samples, and drinks to try. You also meet other couples, swap planning tips, and experience the top-notch service firsthand. World-Class Service & Staff The Wilburton’s team is extraordinary—polished, professional, and genuinely invested in your day. A perfect example: an hour before the tasting event, I realized I forgot to RSVP for my plus one. I let a waiter know, expecting chaos. Instead, they discreetly rearranged seating, added food, and learned my guest’s name—all without anyone noticing. Seamless. The Heart of the Wilburton: The People Beyond the breathtaking venue and amazing food, the best part of the Wilburton is the people. They are transparent, organized, and truly want you to have the best day of your life. A special shoutout to Meesha, who made wedding planning effortless. She was incredibly responsive, unbelievably organized, and guided us through everything. I had zero worries on my wedding day because I knew Meesha had it handled. That level of trust is priceless. Final Thoughts I don’t know any other brides who felt this relaxed and confident on their wedding day. That alone is a reason to book the Wilburton. If you’re considering it—DO IT. You won’t find a more stunning, welcoming, or well-run venue anywhere.

We recently hosted our wedding at The Wilburton Inn, and it was truly the perfect venue for our Indian fusion celebration. From the scenic beauty of the estate to the incredible service from the staff, every aspect of our wedding exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a venue that can seamlessly blend cultural traditions with elegance, I highly recommend The Wilburton Inn. The Wilburton Inn, set in the picturesque Vermont countryside, provided a stunning backdrop for our wedding. We held our outdoor ceremony on the lawn in late Fall, with sweeping views of the rolling hills. The historic charm of the venue and its natural beauty created an unforgettable atmosphere for the entire weekend. The indoor reception space was equally charming—spacious yet intimate, with plenty of room for our guests to mingle and celebrate. As an Indian-American couple, it was important to incorporate traditional customs, and the Wilburton Inn’s team went above and beyond to accommodate these. From the Baraat (groom’s procession) to the Hindu wedding ceremony with a fire altar, the staff showed deep respect and understanding for our cultural practices. They were incredibly flexible in setting up the space to accommodate our needs, such as coordinating space for the pre-ceremony events like the Mehndi and Sangeet. It was evident that the team valued the significance of our traditions and worked tirelessly to make sure they were honored. The service at The Wilburton Inn was exceptional. The team was attentive, organized, and professional, making sure every detail of the day was handled with care. They coordinated with our vendors, including our Indian catering team for the Sangeet, to ensure the flow of events was seamless. The staff’s attention to detail extended beyond just the ceremony and reception. They were dedicated to making sure our out-of-town guests felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout the weekend. From accommodations to providing helpful assistance, everything was handled with warmth and professionalism. What truly sets The Wilburton Inn apart is their ability to support and celebrate a fusion wedding. The venue allowed us to blend Indian and Western traditions seamlessly, from the vibrant rituals to the joyful dancing, while maintaining an elegant, sophisticated atmosphere. The staff’s openness and dedication made it possible for us to create a wedding that was uniquely ours. The Wilburton Inn is a truly special venue. If you’re planning a wedding that incorporates diverse cultural elements or simply want a beautiful, accommodating space, this is the place. Our wedding was a dream come true, and we are so grateful to the Wilburton Inn for making it all possible.

We held our August 2024 wedding at the Wilburton Inn and hosted 100+ of our closest family and friends, most of whom stayed onsite in the Wilburton's accommodations. Throughout our years-long wedding planning process, Meesha, Tajlei, and the rest of the Wilburton staff were not only accommodating, patient, and helpful, but absolutely lovely to work with. Our wedding weekend, which included a Friday-night bonfire, Saturday reception, and Sunday morning brunch, went off without a single flaw, all thanks to Meesha and her incredible staff. The Wilburton is a truly a magical and beautiful venue, and we have heard nothing but the highest reviews from our guests. We wholeheartedly recommend the Wilburton for any wedding or gathering, and feel honored to be a part of the Wilburton family. We plan to return over the years to come!

We recently had our wedding at the Wilburton Inn, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The venue itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and beautifully maintained grounds that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. Our guests are still raving about the entire weekend experience—from the picturesque setting to the delicious food and amazing cocktails. Everything was top-notch, and they continue to talk about it even a month and a half later. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner and farewell breakfast at the Wilburton, both of which were fantastic. The welcome bonfire was a perfect way to kick off the weekend, setting the tone for an unforgettable celebration. Having everything in one place made the weekend feel seamless and relaxed, allowing us and our guests to fully enjoy every moment. A standout aspect of our experience was working with Meesha, the wedding coordinator. She was an absolute gem! From the months leading up to the wedding to the big day itself, her advice and guidance were invaluable. She ensured everything ran smoothly and handled all the details with such care that we can't imagine what we would have done without her. We would 100% recommend the Wilburton Inn to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue, and we can't wait to return for future anniversaries to relive all the wonderful memories.

Let me tell you, this is the place to get married. Having the WHOLE weekend to yourselves with friends and family made all the difference. Meesha was top notch as a wedding coordinator, and the whole staff was lovely. I can't get over how perfect my wedding day was, and truly, the professionalism, attention to detail, and overall care made all the difference. The location is beautiful, guests remarked on how magical it was. Leading up to the wedding, friends & family assumed I'd be stressed, but I wasn't because it was so easy to trust in this place & it's team. Guests also mentioned that I seemed so surprisingly relaxed on my wedding day, and it's because it was so easy to trust Meesha & her team. If you want a magical wedding weekend where you can have an absolute blast in a funky & magical place, look no further, it is worth every single dollar.

We had our dream wedding weekend here in July! We wanted an outdoor ceremony in a beautiful location and you can’t beat the lush, green mountains views here! The food and service was incredible. What makes the overall experience so so worth it is the event coordinator, Meesha! She is beyond helpful and makes sure every detail of the wedding is accounted for and executed as planned! I would have been lost without her. The other thing that’s so perfect about the Wilburton is that more than half our friends and family were able to stay on the charming property, which made for a very relaxed and enjoyable weekend for everyone. The town of Manchester is also adorable which our guests got to explore on Saturday before the ceremony. Nearly everyone who attended our wedding raved about it, many saying it was the best wedding they had ever attended! Highly, highly recommend!

Where do we even start? We just returned from our honeymoon and are still reveling in the most magical wedding weekend we could have ever had. It’s all thanks to Meesha at The Wilburton Inn. From the moment we came for our initial tour, Meesha was all you could want out of a wedding planner, as well as a friend who is thoughtful, kind, smart, and more than a joy to be around. She helped with every single aspect of our planning, and we trusted here word entirely — we couldn’t have been more happy with working with her! As to the venue, there is simply no better place to have a wedding. For context, my husband and I have big families. A lot of our family members were coming in from out of town and out of the country, so our priority was to have a wedding weekend where people could be together for more than one night. This is exactly what we got with the Wilburton. Our guests were able to play tennis, go hiking, go swimming, explore Manchester and, most of all, be together in the days leading up to the actual wedding. We reserved almost all of the houses on the property for guests to stay in, which created a laidback atmosphere as most people didn’t have to worry about driving back and forth or leaving at any point. As for the wedding night, it was pure magic. The food was perfect, the service was perfect, the weather (luckily) was also perfect, which was just the cherry on top. You cannot beat the people, the venue, and THE VIEWS!!! We wish we could do it all over again, but we are looking forward to visiting The Wilburton again for many, many years to come.

I don't even know where to begin. The Wilburton is the most incredible wedding venue —do NOT hesitate to book it. We took advantage of everything they offered: the onsite lodging, the rehearsal dinner, the welcome bonfire, the ceremony, reception and after party, and the farewell brunch. It was the most perfect weekend. Let me try to break it down: 1) Planning: I'm very type A and Meesha met my standards and beyond! She is professional, honest, responsive, organized, and will do anything in her power to make sure your weekend is stress-free and that everything runs smoothly. She was working past 2:00 AM on our wedding night! I'm so grateful for her dedication. 2) Food: We went with the Wilburton's in-house catering the whole weekend and the food was delicious and served on time! We got tons of compliments from my guests. 3) Staff: I wish I could scream this from the mountain tops- the staff at the Wilburton are exceptional!! It rained on my wedding day and they worked so hard to pivot my outdoor ceremony to my rain plan. Moving furniture around, transporting our wedding party with umbrellas and golf carts, and keeping me hidden (since I didn't do a first look.) It was a secret service-level operation. Beyond that, they are so friendly! The bartenders (also make excellent drinks!), servers, housekeepers, groundskeepers, kitchen staff - everyone! 4) Venue: The views of the mountains are amazing, the landscaping is impeccable, the tent is stunning with the marble floors, there are enough bathrooms, and a huge bar that functioned so well (no long lines for drinks). We rented out every room/building onsite and my guests loved the convenience of that. We used the terraces for our rehearsal dinner and cocktail hour and the billiard room for our after party. The bonfire was magical and a a unique experience to give your guests. Everything is so close and easy for your guests to move from one event to another! It really is a one-stop-shop, all inclusive venue. We are so thankful to everyone at the Wilburton who made our weekend as successful as it was. When you are wedding planning there is a lot of stress and fear that things won't come together - with the Wilburton you can rest assured that your wedding weekend will be perfect.

I wish I could give the Wilburton 6 stars! It was a stupendous wedding weekend, from rehearsal dinner and the welcome bonfire fun to wedding day and brunch on Sunday. The food was delicious, the Wilburton team was marvelous, not a detail overlooked. And the venue and grounds ... magical! Thank you!!

We cannot recommend the Wilburton enough! Meesha and her team went above and beyond to accommodate any requests we had, even a pickleball tournament. Meesha is one of the biggest reasons we chose this venue, and can’t thank her enough for all her hard work. So many of the guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. It was so fun to have all of our guests staying on site with us, and it just made for the best weekend. Thank you Wilburton team!

Our wedding at the Wilburton was more amazing than either of us could have ever imagined. The staff (especially Max and Melissa) was welcoming, helpful, communicative, and anticipated our every need. We were married on the front lawn and had our delicious reception dinner amongst the mansion’s rooms with dancing on the porch under the green awning. We stayed our wedding night in the bridal suit and received an extra night for free. We spent our first married day swimming in the pool and poking around downtown Manchester. (The recommended choices for dining out were so delicious and romantic.) The reason we chose the Wilburton (besides the beautiful grounds and caring staff) was the fact that our entire families could stay on the wedding site with us. As much as you plan and carefully prepare for every possible outcome, one cannot control the weather. We were married under the beautiful sun with the green Green Mountains as a backdrop and wild eagles flying above our heads. After photos and during the reception the heavens opened up and it down-poured!! Along with the rain came wind and a power outage - but this act of nature was no match for the Wilburton, they pulled out their candles and battery powered lights and my cake cutting was the most magical candle-lit event I could have ever imagined. Better than you could plan. We will have been married 9 years this summer (2024) and I still recommend the Wilburton to newly engaged couples. Manchester is a lovely, quaint Vermont “city.” We just spend a weekend at the Wilburton with our young children and we were treated as family. My husband couldn’t stop traveling down memory lane and it was contagious- we felt like newlyweds again, just starting out at “our” lovely mansion. Thank you Levis’ for sharing your home with us and helping us start our journey together. <3 Jenny and Eric - July 2015 P.S. the venue is dog friendly, so my dog child could be part of the ceremony as well!!

Can’t say enough about this beautiful venue! The surrounding mountains and landscape are breathtaking and an exquisite backdrop for a wedding ceremony! Guests could not say enough about how wonderful the food and affair was!! Meesha the coordinator is a well oiled machine! She organized everything to a tee and was so detailed to make sure all went smoothly and without a hitch!! This venue does not disappoint!
