The commercial kitchen lets you cook your own feast or bring pre-approved caterers. Fifteen bedrooms mean your wedding party and close family stay together all weekend. The six-bedroom farmhouse and two-bedroom cottage sleep 26 total guests, with additional lodging available at The Wilburton half a mile away.
The weekend wedding package includes tables, chairs, plates, glasses, and flatware for 100 guests (rentals needed above that capacity). You're responsible for cleaning the barn after your event, keeping costs down while maintaining venue quality. The property features bonfire areas, picnic tables, BBQ setup, and a pond - creating multiple gathering spaces across your wedding weekend for truly memorable Vermont farm celebrations.

What You Control vs. What's Provided
What's Included: Both properties provide the venue, overnight lodging, tables and chairs, basic table settings (plates, glasses, flatware), and outdoor celebration spaces. Linens and end-of-stay housekeeping are included in your package. Dogs are welcome for an additional $125 per dog.
What You Arrange: Catering (cook in the commercial kitchen or bring pre-approved caterers), rentals beyond what's provided (linens at Battenkill, specialty furniture, lighting), florals, photography, music, and all other vendors. We share our vetted vendor list developed over 36 years - excellent local caterers, florists, photographers, musicians, and rental companies we've worked with successfully for countless weddings.
Insurance Required: Events over 34 guests require event and alcohol hosting insurance - standard coverage protecting both you and the venue.
